Friday, September 16th: Today we decided to get up and go out to the beach which is about a 20 minute taxi ride away. However, we got a late start and as we were walking to the city center to get a taxi it started to pour rain!!! Like an unusually large amount of rain so instead we decided to get a late lunch/dinner, however when we got to shop street the rain started to let up a little so we went into a few shops and jewelry stores before going to eat. We decided to go to a pub that we had walked past a lot called the Front Door. We all got coffee and Emily and I shared a bowl of chips (fries) and each got the seafood chowder with brown bread and Elizabeth got the Sheppard's Pie. It was all delicious! I am definitely going to miss being able to eat seafood as often as I do here! I really, really like it!
